Hello! My name is Elaiza Imutan. I hold a BA in Psychology and am a licensed beautician. Currently, I am an aspiring lawyer, eagerly awaiting admission to an Ivy League institution. My career journey has taken me from the study of Sigmund Freud to a deep passion for beauty, and now to the hospitality industry, as a “Hotelier” where I aim to infuse beauty and care into every aspect of service.

I am also a proud and happy solo parent to my wonderful children: Cae, Aiden, JL, and Hailey. Our family includes two dogs and four cats, who bring endless joy to our lives. Overall, a great stay. Check in was seamless and I appreciated the hospitality. This place is a great value at its price point.

Nice and clean room, i didnt spend much time around the house but it was very convenient because the subway station is just one block away!

David’s place was perfect!! Clean, very accommodating, nicely styled room. I will definitely stay again when in town!!

David’s space is awesome for the price it cost. Everything was clean and his responses were prompt. Definitely one of my best Airbnb experiences. It felt like a cozy hotel.

This was a great spacious apartment, sparkling clean, and in a great location next to the subway station. The host was also very helpful and quickly responded to all messages. I highly recommend here!

Expect a very clean place with full complete privacy David a is excellent host with fast replies if you need anything. All the amenities u need are there feels like your right at home and the bed is amazingly soft
